Use the following command run as admin:
C:\hrping-v507-build1150\hrping.exe 9.9.9.9 -l 1000 -t -K -gg -T -s 1000 -MAdvanced ICMP Timestamp Analyser (AITA) can calculate drift even if TX and RX have time drifted and are incorrect! For this to work, the first ping when you run hrPing must be low - rerun it until you do. Then copy the running pings and select a low first and last ping to a txt file and let AITA do the rest. AITA will identify whether latency is occurring on the TX (transmit) or RX (receive) side, helping you pinpoint network issues.
